Don Liu, Ph.D., P.E., S.E.
President
Don Liu is the owner and President of the company. He is a structural engineer with over 28 years of experience including steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures associated with commercial buildings, office buildings, schools, chemical plants, beverage plants, industrial facilities, HRSG boilers, bridges, and refineries. He is licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Nevada, Florida, Missouri, Texas, and Utah.
Lokman Ng, P.E.
Vice President · Senior Structural Engineer
Lokman has over a decade of experience in structural engineering, including seismic design, wind load design, aluminum design, and connection design. Lokman prides herself on being a woman in STEM and hopes to encourage others to pursue this career path. Lokman graduated from the University of Louisville with a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering. She loves to cook and artfully balances being a full-time engineer and a full-time mom.
Heather Kelly
Estimator
Heather wears many coats, from HR to Project Administration to Estimation. Heather graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of the Arts in English and has over a decade of customer service and administrative experience. An avid reader and occasional writer, Heather also enjoys live music and showing everyone pictures of her pet rabbit.
Jingyu Pan
Project Manager · Structural Engineer
Jingyu is a structural engineer with over three years of experience with LECGI in designing and analyzing building structures and infrastructure projects. Holding a Master of Science from University of Houston, Jingyu specializes in seismic design, wind load analysis, and industrial building practices. In addition to engineering, Jingyu enjoys playing basketball and often participates in local games, balancing a passion for sports with a commitment to innovative structural solutions.
Gerald Jones
Project Manager
Gerald has many years of experience working with Heat Recovery Steam Generators and Stone Countertops. He has held many titles throughout his career from Drafter to Operations Manager. Graduated from ITT Tech. in 1997 with an Associates of Applied Science. He is active in his community through Church and volunteering. His favorite volunteer work is in construction such as Habitat for Humanity or rebuilding for storm victims.
Lisa Santos
Business Development Manager
Lisa has a background in Manufacturing and Consulting that includes R&D, production design, material selection, agency approval, code design, cost reduction, and project management. She has worked in chemical, food & beverage, personal care, material handling, & power industries. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an A.A.S in Mechanical Engineering Technology, both from the University of Louisville. Lisa pretends to be an athlete, is in love with dogs, and is a recovering serial volunteer.
